Production method

1. 2,2 '-diselenated dibenzoic acid was prepared by adding KOH7.1g(0.13mol), 18ml water and 85% hydrazine hydrate 3.2g(0.05mol) into the reaction bottle, stirring evenly at 60-70oC, adding 10g(0.13mol) selenium powder in batches, stirring reaction at 70oC for 1h. Diazo salt solution prepared from 17.3g(0.13mol) 2-aminobenzoic acid and 11.1g(0.16mol) sodium nitrite was added at room temperature. Then the reaction was stirred at 60oC for 2h. At room temperature, 6mol/L hydrochloric acid was adjusted to pH 2. 2- selenobenzoyl chloride was prepared In the reaction bottle, 6.0g(0.02mol) of 2,2 '-diselenate dibenzoic acid and SOCl2 were added, and the remaining material was recrystallized with n-hexane to obtain 6.25g of 2-seleno-benzoyl chloride, the yield was 82%,mp63~64oC. 3. In the reaction bottle, 3ml aniline (0.03mol) and 30ml ethyl ether were added, and 2-chloro-selenobenzoyl chloride [3.0g(0.01mol)] ethyl ether (40ml) solution was added under stirring. The temperature of the drip process was controlled not to exceed room temperature (generally 25 oC). After the mixture was finished, the mixture was stirred for 3h. The solvent was removed by decompression steaming, and the remaining material was separated by rapid column chromatography [silica gel G, mobile phase was ethyl acetate/chloroform (1:2)]. After the solvent was removed from the steam, the light yellow solid ebouse 3.0g was obtained, the yield was 92.6%,mp179~180 oC.
